Verde Canyon Rail Road reservations

ATTENTION NTBA Nationals participants

There is enough initial interest identified for the Verde Canyon railroad activity. As such we have reserved one First Class rail car.

This activity will be held on Thursday 13 June 2019 as part of the NATS schedule of events.

We are currently holding 32 first class seats for Thursday, June 13th, 2019. The train departs at 1:00pm on this date. It is recommended that our group arrive at the depot by 12:00pm on ride date. This will be part of the day cruise and activities scheduled for Thursday. Those that choose not to take the train ride, the cruise will continue into other parts of northwestern AZ for your scenic and shopping enjoyment.

NOTE: This is an event/activity where prepayment will be required.

Sign up and payment will be due NLT 15 May 2019, the price of the ride has been reduced from $89.95 to $77 and taxes included comes to $84 per person. There will be a reserved parking area for our cars at the train depot for us.

For right now please make payment directly to Chris and Shari Ward and we will reserve your seat. Our mailing address can be found on our registration form. This will be annotated on your event badges that you will receive during registration that you have registered and paid for this particular attraction. We will also send you a confirmation once payment is received and processed.

Once we have filled one rail car, I can always attempt to get another rail car, these train rides always fill up fast during this time of the year, so do not wait till the last minute. Especially the First Class cars, as there are only 3 of these available.

NOTE: After 15 May 2019 there is no guarantee there will be other seats available first class or coach.

Some things to consider when deciding whether or not you will participate in this special activity.
1. This is First class, the rail cars for first class are Air Conditioned. Yes it will be warm in AZ in June.
2. You will be able to walk outside to the adjacent car and see the views.
3. The first class cars are equipped with a bar should you wish to purchase refreshments. There are no-host bars presenting premium Liquors too.
4. Expect a Champagne toast upon boarding,
5. Complimentary appetizers
6. Service at one’s seat.
NOTE: This is a 4 hour train ride, so we will not return back to the host hotel from the ride till about 6:30 to 7pm.
