Chapter gathering next week (7/11)

Post by Bill Cleveland »

That's great to hear, Kevin. Nothing like getting together with the locals, and Gascone's is a place where I shared many a business lunch back in the day! Take some pics and we can post 'em on this site.

Thank you Kevin for posting this info on the Cowtown T's Chapters website. The NTBA website is the only sure and accurate way to get information out to the members. I wish we could get everyone to visit the official page and post info on it. On Facebook it is "here today, gone tomorrow" and there are a lot of confirmed Facebook haters ( I'm in that group, more so since I joined it). More members are not on Facebook than people realize.
Thank You,
Dennis

Dennis,

I am in that group, as well! If the NTBA left fb, I would be gone in a heartbeat! fb is a very dangerous place for the uninitiated.

I often wonder how many people that find us on fb, actually become members? I know when I started the Carolina T's, many members said that they were members of the NTBA, but alas they were just members of the fb group.

My sense is that in the top post on fb, it should say that the official site of the NTBA is nationaltbucketalliance.com.

Hey Spanky, we never had that meeting, I'm guessing you figured that out by now. :)
Anyway I'll be at the Inn at The Grand Glaze later this week for the Great Lake Escape !! This will be a new location for us and I'm excited to get there and check it out. The weather forecast for the lake looks to be fantastic for now. Anyway all who can get away for the day or the week or somewhere in between come on out to the lake !!
