May Have Picked the Wrong Time to Work on my T

Post by rbsWELDER »

So we decided to upgrade some thing on our T:
- Elevate Steering Column
- Upgrade Steering Column to include: Ignition, Turn Signals and High Beam Switch
- Move to Rack & Pinion Steering
- Fix Manifold Oil Leak
- Correct Starting in Reverse Problem
- Upgrade headlights to LED
- New Interior
- New Tires All the Way Around

Well the shop told me that they would need The Flaming Fink for 10 Days!

Here is how it looks on day 10:

I still have faith that we will make it to Townsend!

Is the one shop doing all the work? Should be like a new car when it's done.

Guys,

Thanks for all of the encouragement!

Windy - One shop is doing it all! Owned and operated by the former Crew Chief for Kurt Busch!

It is still in Hot Rod jail. Unfortunately it really does not matter any more!

Once again, life has gotten in the way of the things that I liked to do! Rather than arrive on Sunday, in Townsend, we will be arriving Friday afternoon. We will not be bringing the T for just the Saturday cruise...just not worth taking the trailer over the mountain, and then there is always the weather. So we will be having dinner with the family on Friday, attending the meeting on Saturday. Looking forward to the bench racing on Friday and Saturday evenings (Maybe a good C-Gar, some 'shine and catching up with everyone)!

BTW - I just released my room at the Talley Ho for Sunday through Friday, if anyone needs a room.
