Fellow T-Bucteteers,

We are still trying to finalize hotel arrangements, we are working multiple angles to get the best rate along with the best services available.
We have made several attempts to coordinate with the management at the Windemere where we have held our events in the past. However we are also trying to negotiate a rate at the Marriot fairfield that is near our mall so that trailer parking in the mall parking lot. In talking with the Fairfield inn, rates will include breakfast and increased security for the trailers and cars being parked. so far the best rate we have negotiated is $129 per night.
More to follow in the coming days
