The best bet for parking is to not use the front entrance from Lacrosse St. as you come off of I-90. The lot is a little congested and there is a noticeable low spot that will create clearance issues for a lot of trailers. If you do come in that way keep on the I-90 side of the building to go park.
Best bet is to go north on Lacrosse St. and turn left on E. Disk Dr. at the stoplight and Rushmore Mall sign. Head west and turn in at the first left turn. Parking is setup for the Northeast corner of the lot. But basically you can park wherever you want as long as you’re not blocking anyone in. Normal courtesy.
As of a conversation today, 6/4/22, I was informed that there is a possibility that the ramp to Lacrosse St. from east bound I-90 might be closed the week we are there so be forewarned.
