This event (scheduled for tonight) has been postponed due to weather. Here's Rolla's e-mail:

"Folks due to the uncertainty of the weather this evening, we are postponing the Chili Cookoff to another date. The weather is supposed to take a turn for the worse after 6:00 this evening and we don’t want to put anyone in harms way. Sorry for the late notice. Watch for information relating the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and rescheduling of the Chili Cookoff. Enjoy your weekend."
