Host hotel information

I am working on host hotel, should have something later this week with pricing, etc. As some of you may know we used to host the event over at a local hotel called, Windemere, well that building was sold and now serves as an assisted living facility. So, I am working with a local hotel for a block of rooms and hopefully a decent hotel rate.

We have a host hotel. Room rate is $159 per night. Unfortunately, this is the best that can be done in this area during that period. Good thing, trailer parking is available across from the hotel in Mall Parking lot where security will be provided. No other hotels in the area can accommodate trailer parking without any issues. The Hotel Is the Fair Field Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Sierra Vista Arizona

I have walked the hotel and yes everything functions and the pool has water, HA! You can make your reservations Mentioning national T-Bucket Alliance event.

All rooms will be released by 6 October if not reserved
