Well that's doable for a 2.5 minute video in 30 minutes. You are right the quality is down some, but there is something about low light video that makes them worse so I'm not surprised. Wish I knew what caused it, but that would take time and probably not much I can do about it anyway. I think you will find that video taken during the daytime will look better.

Nice job, what was your time and speed ? Shift points sounded reasonable, are you running an automatic ?

Yes it is an automatic, Turbo 400, I made 8 runs that night, 2 at a time and then cool down some. The best one was a 7.65 at 88 mph. this track will stop you if you go below 7.5 and no roll-bar. I don't think that will happen with Hitec T the way it is set up right now.
