If we changed to Xenforo, then all the members of the TBucketeer forum would
already know how to use the software.

One feature of this website I appreciate is the ability to edit posts continually. No time limit.

I like that also, 10 minutes on the TBucketeer forum is just too short. That can be configured
in any website software thou. Just depends on what the administrator wants.

It would not look exactly like the TBucketeer forum. Mike (Owner) did several things like color and the way links appear in a post just to mention a couple of things he did. But creating replys and posting pics would be similar, making it easier for those members to cross over and post here. Creating more traffic that this website needs. Most TBucket owners are 60+ and don't like learning new software.

Below are two websites with the same Xenforo software, the first is the TBucketeer forum and then another Xenforo forum.

What do you think ?

Rick I understand what you are saying.

I also know what Mike was doing back then cause I was one of his test dummies trying out the diffrent websites that he was looking at. I agree that those websites look great the cost is about he same as this one I think.

Jan Tell us why we don't go this route. I know you are on some other website that use other programs. Enlinghten us young lady.....

I would like to know if we are using the current version of the software for this site. If not, the newer may provide the simplicity that we are looking for!

Yes, we are using the current version, and I don't think there are any major changes, like are being requested here, in the update plans for it.
Hope you are enjoying the site. Any problems, please let me know. Thanks Jan
