Arizona T's Fun Run
Ok, our Tucson family, are ya' ready for us
We see you have it scheduled. FYI: We're not making another 17 hour trip to Tucson this November,
but we ARE coming.
Oh, yeh - - "the chains" will be in trailer just in case
In fact we have a room in Mesquite to cover our first night - - with (Prime Rib) of course

FYI: Dennis and Lynn met Sandy and I for lunch in Tucson. Always awesome to chat with the good people in Arizona. Just solidifies our desire to return in November 2016 for a repeat of 2015. Will see you all in 5 months.....lyle & Sandy

This was posted on FB yesterday & I thought it would be good to put it on here........

I would like to take this opportunity to clear up any gossip, false truths, etc. As a past officer of this chapter (secretary) I took all the notes and am in the know as to why we decided to disband.
1. NO one is responsible for the Southern Arizona chapter to disband. It was voted on by the very few members left to do so due to lack of interest, deaths, members selling their T's, etc.
2. When these sort of things get out of hand it is a sad day. Be careful what you say when you don't know the truth.
3. We still get together for runs and gatherings. There are very few of us left in Tucson that have our buckets and still drive them,
Let me repeat, NO ONE PERSON is responsible for this chapter to close down as it was a collective decision on the members that were left. We were sorry to do this but as explained above it just could not go on as it was.
We still love the Arizona Fun Run.......Thanks Cindy.....

Re: Arizona T's Fun Run
Posting this was the right thing to. Many many thanks to Cindy for setting the RECORD straight. To bad the complete story will never be told. Sandy and I hold the Tucson Run very close to heart, as this was the first NTBA event we attended, and it's simply hard to beat the reception we received and area tours we participated in. A BIG shouted "THANKS TUCSON"......from your two favorite members from Idaho...... We SHALL see you all soon.....lyle n Sandy
