Public apology to Bill "Spanky" Cleveland

Good morning,

I have sent Bill Cleveland an email with my sincere apologies included and need to make a public apology. I am dealing with an issue now that puts me on edge. Only two or three members know what that issue is and I will keep it that way. No one else need to know. I snapped at Bill, and it was uncalled for. I will never allow myself to get in that position again. I realize everyone of us has a bad day or two and y'all get over it, but I'm in unchartered territory now and trying to deal with it.

My question that I put out here on the board was to find out the "name and phone number" of the hotel for next year's Nationals. See following the 2019 Nats, the name and contact number was put out during the member's meeting and those of us who did not attend got the raw end of the straw. I had called the very next day following the 2019 Nats and was informed ALL ROOMS WERE BOOKED! I think to this day there should be a little lee way for when the info is given out, but then this is just me. Other's may feel differently.

My one suggestion I have regarding the member's meetings that take place the last day of any given Nationals, for those of us who cannot attend, the meeting should be recorded so that we can find out first hand what has taken place, who won awards, who was elected into the HOF and the hotel info for the next year's nationals. This is merely a suggestion that I hope will be considered.

Again, I offer my sincerest apology to Bill "Spanky" Cleveland.
