No e-mail from this site? Check your spam folder!

If you have not received the confirmation e-mail when you registered or you cannot reset your password because you aren't getting the e-mail that enables you to do that, check your spam/junk/infected folders on your e-mail app. I have helped several people recently who couldn't activate their account or couldn't reset their password because they didn't get the messages. Turns out they did get the messages, but they went straight to the junk folder and the folks never saw them. I'm not sure why this is happening... could be some folks have their e-mail security cranked up pretty high. Also could be because the NTBA server is in Canada and some e-mail apps or settings automatically flag messages from "foreign" servers.

I have a habit of checking my junk mail box before I delete it. I don't open any messages, and have found different things like receipts and messages I have been looking for. Not sure how they got there, but they were. Funky

Thanks Lee. In my over zealousness to charge forward, I did not pick up on the simple fact that you must first apply (DUH) to get the notices!! Seems like I have to learn the hard way. Now the notifications come thru quickly..............lyle
