You joined Thursday the 21st of March this year [yesterday] and are already bad mouthing a sponcer of this site. WHAT THE HELL AILS YOU!! If you go about things a little different and a little quieter, you just may not get booted off this site. IMHO, which aint much to some.

Jim IMHO is as good as anyone including Mickey when it comes to helping get what you need for your build, even using other peoples parts. You just can't piss people in business off for something they cannot control, such as a supplier not getting the parts to him, because they want deal with you and your mouth.

Nuff Said!!!!

Well said Bruce!

I, too, am suspicious of people registering just to post a complaint. I have met Jim and spent a fair amount of time in his shop. He struck me as a stand-up guy, especially he spent a great deal of time answering my endless questions about products that he did not sell.

I would really like to hear the other side of this story!

Fordblue.....by any chance the parts you are waiting for...are they windshield posts? If they are the problem does NOT lie with Wintech.....I KNOW from personal experience.

Bruce, I know you meant well, but I do believe your post was a wee bit out of line...just MY humble opinion.

Your opinion counts as well as all others. BUT to join and sign on within 20 minutes and say what he did is WRONG, especially from a one sided coversation and none of us know the details of what transpired,
A little tact on his side and I would have not bitten so hard, if you know what I mean. No harm, no foul, but you know that words can ruin anything as well as a persons reputation and dignity. Nuff said and I won't comment on this further, unless you PM me.

If you paid for your parts upfront, shame on you, Ask for a refund and move on to another source, If not, don't blame Wintech for their suppliers delay.

I have no experience with WinTec so have no dog in the fight. My problem is the fact someone goes to the trouble to join a website and the very first post they make is to bad mouth someone or a company. It is kind of like getting married and on the honeymoon telling your wife her sister is really ugly. Just not a good way to start off.
