NORTH.....TO ALASKA

Jodie and I have started a new adventure!! We are going to fill the 49th state on our map, Alaska!!!
Made a couple of upgrades to the tag trailer, Bigger storage box and a 9 gal. auxiliary fuel tank.
I will try and keep this post updated as often as I can.

We started our journey on Sunday 6/23/19 from my brother's place in Alpena, Mich.

Surely you are going to drive until you get inside the arctic pole. That beats anything I will
ever do in a TBucket!!!

I think if you go WOT at around the Alaska border, you might able to sip like a rock to Russia ..... should
I tell them you are coming???

Might have to make a stop in Diomede, but will be worth the trouble!

You two are amazing! We'll travel with you vicariously (and enviously, I might add!) so looking forward to some pics along the way. Have either of you read Alaska by James Michener? I recommend it.

We are taking US2 west to Whitefish, Montana then route 95 up to Jasper, Alberta Canada.
Will head west then on route 16 to Kitwanga then north on the Stewart-Cassiar Highway 37. We then connect on to the Alcan Highway north to Fairbanks. Travel south through Denali and Anchorage into the Kenai Peninsula
And to Whittier where we will board the ferry back to Bellingham Washington.
