Hi all,
I’ll use this page to relay information on all NTBA subjects. I’ll post here Tennessee NATS info and 2020 regional/fun run events as they get finalized. Lots of fun stuff coming up in 2020, stay tuned!

Re: Words & Thoughts from the President
Hi All,
Not a lot going on right now, we’re in the quiet season when we’ve done our last event and are waiting for next year. My daughter is getting married next week in Ireland, so I’ll be out of pocket for a couple of weeks.
When I return I’ll start finalizing next years runs dates, more details on NATS and start posting election proceedings according to our bylaws.
Again if anybody wants to host an event, it’s still not to late to work in a space. Also we’re going to be looking for run leaders in Tennessee. You don’t have to be necessarily from the area, but you’ll have to do at least one pre run for familiarity of it. We’ll need both leaders and middle or back of the line, who will be familiar with the route. Cory (Cooter) is setting up runs so contact him or any board member.
Talk to you soon.

Note from the President
Hi all,
I took a few weeks off from the NTBA and went to Ireland for my daughters wedding, it was wonderful! Now that all those preparations are over, it’s time to get back to working on the NTBA , and our 2020 season of events.
I hope to announce the 2020 schedule and event dates by the end of November. If there is anyone hoping to host an event and has not contacted myself or a board member, time is just about out, so get with me immediately.
The 2020 National event in June in Townsend, Tennessee will now start to develop quickly. Keep watching Facebook and the website for updates.
I’m seeing a lot of new bucketheads posting on Facebook. We encourage you to join the NTBA and be a part of our family. All the information is on the website at NATIONALTBUCKETALLIANCE.COM. It’s $35 to join, and $25 per year. Remember there is no event charge, all events are free to attend. However you must be an NTBA member to attend Nationals. I’m also seeing some members anniversary dates are approaching for renewal.
The 2020 season will be here before we know it, and it again promises to be a good one. So far we have quite a few new places to go.

Note from the President
Hi all,
I wanted to take a minute and talk about NTBA board member elections coming up in 2020. The present three year term will end for the the positions of President and Sergeant at arms. These positions will be open for election and installment at the 2020 Nationals in Townsend Tennessee. According to the NTBA rules, anybody who would like to run for these positions must submit in writing a brief bio of themselves. Include your qualifications, and why you would like to seek the position. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone to become an NTBA board member and help promote and oversee the functions of the NTBA. Of course you have to be a present member in good standing of the NTBA to campaign. By letting myself or any board member know of your interest we will include you on the ballot. All bio’s must be received by January 31st, 2020.
The 2020 Nationals in Townsend in June will be a lot of fun, but will also be a lot of work because of the format. If you would like to volunteer for any committee or just help with simple tasks, please contact myself or any board member and we will put you on the list.
The NTBA is a great club, and it stays strong by you the members keeping it that way. I appreciate all the involvement.

Come on and step up for the Good of the NTBA. All members are asked to come help manage the Club, too help make it the best club in these United States of America...
I have been the Sergeant at Arms for the last 5 years ( I was appointed after the passing of Milt Atkinson for 2 years of his term) and if I can do it any of you members can. I will help all I can for any member that wants to run for either office.

I have put my name in for Sargent at arms. I hope I can contribute to the NTBA family and help in any way possible.

Re: Words & Thoughts from the President
Jerry as with any schedule the contracts & all the other things that go into posting a finished list is hard to do. We think you will enjoy the ones we are working on and they should be ready to post before the end of the year. There is only one that is not finished up yet. Put on your driving cloves and join us from Arizona to New Hampshire & Michigan to Louisiana in 2020......Plan will be posted soon....
