Sunday June 16th

4. Gold Dust West Hotel will host a Rock’n & Bowl’n meet and greet party starting & 6:00pm to close (located at the hotel bowling center) $8:00 for unlimited games and shoe rental per person. Food and refreshments for all ages available inside bowling center.

Wednesday June 19th
RENO CRUISE (this is an optional event)
1. Cruise to Reno destination Summit Racing Departure time 9:30am
2. Lunch and Shopping at Legends ( Sparks Marina)
3. Tour National Automobile Museum (Reno) prices are seniors $7.00 ( 62 or older) $8.00 general admission. Tour guides will be available at no additional cost. No pre-pay necessary
4. A&W Root beer (Reno) is hosting the “T’S on the green” as part of their weekly cruise in. Dinner, ice cream local DJ and entertainment will be available for those who wish to stay.
5. Cruise back to Carson City
Time for departure will be announced
7. For those who are interested Summit Racing will be hosting a Hot August Night Cruise in

Thursday June 20th
Cruise the lake: This will be a scenic route of Lake Tahoe leaving Carson City at 10:00am from Gold Dust West parking lot. Cruisers will stop at the stop and ride parking area on US 50. This will allow time for all participants to arrive. Cruise around the lake will begin with pilot car taking the lead. There will be several fuel and rest stops along the way for those in need and to enjoy the breath taking views of the lake. Lunch stop will be at Squaw Valley Olympic Village. http://www.squaw.com/the-village We will stay here for approx 3 hours plenty of time for lunch and shopping and time to enjoy many summer attractions and activities that will be available please check out their website for list and times. Lunch discount (fireside pizza) and VIP reception at Keoki art gallery will be offered to those interested. Cruise will continue on to Carson City host hotel with additional fuel and rest stop for those in need. Later that evening a cruise thru downtown Carson City will be available for those who would like to meet local car enthusiast who gather once a week for a cruise destination Carson Station (second guest hotel) great opportunity to check out vintage cars and hot rods. Enjoy local eateries and Casinos. Departure time for this cruise will 10:00am.

FRIDAY June 21st
Annual Meeting@ 8:30am @ Pinon-Sage room Gold Dust West Hotel Casino
Poker Run departure time 10:00am. The run will depart from Gold Dust West Hotel and Casino. Poker hand winners will be announced @ the tamale throw down @ The Carson Nugget later that evening
Women’s Cruise departure time 1:30pm destination Historical Genoa
This will be an observation cruise follow the cruise and answer the questions along the way the person or persons with the most correct answer will be awarded prizes. Question sheets will be tallied and prizes awarded during the tamale throw down @ The Carson Nugget later that evening
Evening
The Carson Nugget will be hosting the annual Tamale Throw Down
This will be held at the Nugget Parking lot downtown Carson City. Covered patio area with table and chairs will be provided for our enjoyment ( electrical outlets available). Plenty of parking will be available show/shine.
Registration from 6 - 8 PM on Friday
SATURDAY June 22nd
Annual Car Show 9:30 to 3:00
Valve cover races
Mouse trap races
Raffle prizes
BURGER BURN WILL BE DURING THE ANNUAL CAR SHOW
Gold Dust West Hotel Casino
Juniper room will be available daily for registration and displaying of raffle prizes (locked every evening). All raffle prizes will be kept in Juniper room until Saturday morning.
Part of the Hotel Lobby will be used for our information area with table and white board to display daily events and local attractions maps etc…
Hotel digital marquee will also be displaying daily events with time departures etc…
Gold Dust West Hotel Casino will also be hosting and Slot Tournament for all NTBA participants during the week information will be available at time of registration.
Gold Dust West Hotel Casino will display all chapter banners in lobby interior and exterior area ( must be hung by employees only) for those who wish to display them on the building.
Yearly meeting will be held at the hotel in Pinon conference room.
Parking
There will be designated secured trailer parking. Will also have designated parking for T-Buckets in front parking lot of hotel and back side for over flow if needed (this area will also have security patrol).
Information on other events and local attractions will be available daily at our information booth in hotel lobby at the Gold Dust West.

There is no CRUISE scheduled to Virginia City but if a group would like to make a run up there I would be happy to take them I am always up for a ride to VC
