Tammy & I will not be able to make Nats this year. I we were planning on going, I even told several of you we would be there. Unfortunately life has gotten in the way. Somehow or other I've used most of my vacation for the year (was sick over two weeks so far this year) and really don't have the vacation time left to make the trip. Add onto that we just started using a new software at work that handles ALL paperwork company wide. I have the fortune of being one of four people that train on it ahead of time. It would really be a difficult time for me to take off for two weeks. Plus a few other smaller details are making it seem a bad idea for me to go.

Tammy canceled the motel room earlier today, I assume they have a waiting list. If not good luck to whoever tries to get it.

All that said we have decided that even though we don't like the decision, we need to stay home this year. We will miss all of you guys. POST LOTS OF PICS!!!!

Bummer. There goes a couple of friendly and familiar faces I've had the pleasure of seeing at a NATS, Buckethead Bash a couple of times. It is a big expense and time commitment to set out on a 2000+ mile trip, I understand fully. I probably won't be doing any more long ones myself in the future. I'll post a lot of pictures and videos for you and Tammy, but it won't be the same as when you are in my pictures.
