Boy, great Pics Ron! I have some other ideas too, and it will be a while (I think) before I get to this. I was planning on ordering those triangular t hinges tonight, but will wait to see what Ben has.

Right now I'm just disassembling things to get at the bare chassis, but am thinking ahead to how I want the t changed. It's great to be back in the shop with the t. It was a great vehicle for years, but one thing led to another, and this baby needs to breath new life!

Thanks man!

I never heard from Ben, so went ahead and got some original triangular hinges off ebay. I'm not in too big a rush, as the chassis is my major "thing." I've got the interior completely stripped other than the steering column which needs to stay for a bit so I can play with the motor weekend after this one. Started removing the windshield this morning, but have honey do stuff tomorrow, some of which will end up assisting me in my 23t project. it's a long story...

I don't know who yer talkin to Bill, but this is the newest plan:

CCR bodies are laid up very heavy. I didn't have to do any wooding in this body to drive it. The only wood I put in was to attach interior stuff. When I install the doors, it's is gonna be very solid, probably with wood jacketed in metal. I'm still trying to figure out just exactly how I want to do it, as it will no doubt be May or June before I get to the body. It also needs paint! Chassis first, then body (including a new interior), then who knows?!?
