New Bed Cover

Post by Swampdog »

I got rid of the overstuffed upholstered bed cover and made one of 0.100 inch diamond tread. I got rid of the 19 Gallon tank that stuck 2/12 inches above the bed.

Looks really REALLY nice :)! :)! :)! :)! Having been a resident of Jax many moons ago, I KNOW YOU GET RAINED ON. I have an oak box and top, the piano hinge doesn't leak, because of Gorilla Tape ;) ;) How did you seal between the lid and stationary part of top :?: :?: Thanks...lyle

I didn't really seal it. I have a piece of angle aluminum welded to the fixed part the has a 1/2 inch lip that the lid rests on. nothing else is rain prof on my bucket.

Thanks... My oak is starting to show it's age. Your diamond plate idea would be a good remedy for me. Think tank time for me :!: :!: :!:
