Spanky,
This story will be in the history books just like when you were elected president of the St. Louis Chapter while using the restroom.
You got to love it. Such rich history.

Thanks, Jim. Got the front end put back together today with new bearings,(yes - packed with grease!) etc. Still need a new right front tire to replace the one I flat-spotted during my little adventure. Also dealing with a pesky oil leak. I think I'll replace my chrome oil pan with one of these . . . whaddaya think? :| :?:

Bill if you will take a wire brush to that sealing surface on that Chrome oil pan you will stop that leak............you need to make that surface somewhat rough.................... :)! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)!
TODAY IS THE OLDEST YOU'VE EVER BEEN, YET THE YOUNGEST YOU'LL EVER BE, SO ENJOY THIS DAY WHILE IT LASTS

They are 305/50-15's . . . BFG Euro TA's. I bought them a few years ago, Lyle, and I don't believe they make that size any more. :|

Thanks Bill. ahhhhhh, they look quite a bit wider than my 295's and you are correct, no longer available. :( :( :( I think these (normal) radials wear better than the Mickey Thompson/Hoosier, and as many miles as we put on the T, I'd like to keep costs down a little.

Now . . . it runs good and drives well - time to complete some odds 'n ends and then . . . prep for paint! :D I'm probably going to get tired of sandpaper before this is done!!!

Naw, cake walk to sand! Jack it up, find you a comfy rollin' chair, bucket of warm water, wet n' dry paper, a small 6-pack cooler and it'll all be done in 6 hours! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)! :)!
