Damn Yellow car again in front of Sir Vezas at the show & shine.......
Out of about 500 miles this weekend and 44 cars only one had to ride back.....

Thanks to Eddies Towing and the driver (Gordon) for being the shag wagon this week.......

Well it depends of what diameters you are speaking of..... but ......

Lets work with an example of and two - 2" diameter mufflers or increasing from a 2" to a 2.5" diameter.

Area of a Circle = Pi x Radius squared.

2 Inch Muffler
Area = Pi (2/2)sq
Area = 3.14(1.00)sq = 3.14 sq inches

2.5 Inch Muffler
Area = Pi (2.5/2)sq
Area = 3.14(1.25)sq = 4.91 sq inches

Two 2" Mufflers
3.14 x2 = 6.28 sq inches

(((6.28-4.91) / 4.91))100 = 27.9% Increase in Flow Area

Two beers and math don't mix, so please check my math.

I really think you are both wrong you should have carried the two and divided by the four then subtracted the 1 and the multiplied by 5..............See how easy that was..........
