If what I'm reading is correct, the solution may be to exit the NTBA site on your device, and reload it. Or possibly just hitting the refresh button will work.

Rick I am using Firefox and after I logged out and back in twice my system cleared right up......I want to try it a time or two instead of clearing the cookies and it worked......I did close the browser and restarted my 'putor between times.....Try it and see if it don't clear up...............You too Uncle Larry........

Restarting Firefox did not fix the problem, but doing a Refresh has fixed it .....thanks!

I logged out of the website, removed my favorites tag, and deleted cookies on my iPad. Loggedback in. No issues!!!
