Hey all you AZ guys;
Now that my ride is done, im looking to get this Chapter back up and running. So I am going to start hanging out at the local car spots on Friday nights around the Phoenix area. Maybe we can get something started on our own, I know of a nice pub n grub with a patio located central Phoenix that would be a great location. If anyone is interested please feel free to contact me.

Re: AZ Bucket Heads Unite!!!
Hi. New member here. I don't have a T yet but hopefully will start a build in a few months. This will be my first 'Rod' and first complete ground up build. I've been messing with cars for more years than I'll admit to so I have some knowledge. There are a few things I need to get out of the way first. I'd like to meet up with other T owners before, during and naturally after the build. When and where do you meet? Do you regularly attend shows (Pavilions?)?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Welcome to the family, Let me tell you a ground up build is a lot of fun. And can be both enjoyable and stressful, the family here can help you along the way. As you can see Im not getting a lot of Arizona members responding to my wanting to get the AZ Chapter back up and running, I have been going to just about all of the weekend car shows around the valley. I did meet a couple long time NTBA Members at the AZ Rockabilly Bash a couple weeks ago, they didn't seem to excited about trying to get the Chapter back together. Myself and a few other hot rodders have been meeting at a place in central Phoenix called Ring Side Pub and Grub on Friday nights around 7pm, we roll out from there and hit a few other locations ending up at the SW Corner of 65 ave and Bell Rd. You are more than welcome to come hang out with us any time.Slayer wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2017 10:07 am Hi. New member here. I don't have a T yet but hopefully will start a build in a few months. Sounds a little discouraging, but not unusual. Considering I haven't started a build yet, and can't until after I move, I am excited about getting my hands dirty and doing something. Even now I want to go out today and find a core engine, trans, diff. It's hard to stop myself.Shank wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2017 3:44 pm

Anyway, we (myself and room mate) would like to meet you. We think we can make it out this Friday 31st but I'll post here closer to the date to let you know for sure.
I'm Ed, she is Lori.

Hey Shank, good to meet you last Saturday at the event. Will you be at the usual (Ring Side) this Friday 7th? Or where could I expect to see a few T Buckets Friday / Saturday. May hit the Pavilions again but that has been very disappointing the last few weeks.

Hey, guys . . . it's great to see some activity here!
Keep it up, and post a pic or two if you think of it.

Thanks Bill. Yep, it happens every so often, usually when I have plans. A few days of rest and I should be 'back' to normal. Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone.
