I called to reserve 2 rooms for the family and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking bout.

I did not get to book a room. Was put on hold for some time. When he came back to phone he said he could not honor that price, could not tell me if the 30 rooms were sold out if they ever existed or that he even knew about the NTBA event. Tried very hard to get me to take the 130.00 rooms. Very disappointed. Maybe I will try again and see if I get better results.

I spoke with Rhoda, the manager, today and we have plenty of rooms in our block. Be sure to call the hotel and explain you are part of the NTBA group rate. I would suggest calling during the day as they have some newer staff working in the evening.
