Hello CATs and Buddies.

It looks like Washington will host the NTBA Western Regional Nation Event. I have done a good amount of preliminary planning and we will have final proposals in hand shortly. Current plans are to hold the event in August, 2014 in Yakima, Washington. Per request from Duke, We will hold the event from the 21, 22, 23 of August in order to accommodate Speed Week at Bonneville.

The host hotel will be the Yakima Red Lion Convention Hotel in Yakima. The room rates are being held below $100.00 per night. The Yakima Visitors Center will organize several cruises for us or give us a selection of destinations we can go to.

I ask you to jump in here and give me your ideas and your support. Even though CATs has been a fairly uninvolved chapter, now is an opportunity to "get on the map" so to speak.

I the immediate future I am in need of a computer graphics guy to design and Logo, T shirt, and posters.

As time goes on, I'd like someone to construct a "Hard Luck" award..
