2020 NATS HOTELS

The NTBA would like announce the host hotels for the 2020 National event in Townsend, TN. June 11-13, 2020.

Townsend is a small town with limited rooms per hotel, so this year we will use two hotels close distance to each other.

The Talley Ho has 50 standard rooms available at $109 a night during the week, and $119 a night on the weekend. This hotel has a large parking lot used for the trucks and trailers, and to display the T Buckets. This hotel will also be used for the drivers meetings and starting point for the runs. Our second hotel is the Tremont Lodge and Resort, located same side of the street, exactly 1.6 miles away. This hotel will be used for the National meeting, and additional rooms. The Tremont hotel does not have parking for your trucks and trailers, these you will park at the Talley Ho. However you can park your T Bucket outside your door if you’d like. We will have additional activities at the Tremont. These rooms will be reserved in addition to The Talley Ho.

The Big Meadow Family Campground is almost directly across the street from both hotels. They can accommodate rigs of all lengths. The price is $62-67 per night. There are at least four other campground parks in the area, all are comparable in price, but may not hold the bigger rigs. The parks did not give a group discount, but may honor your individual camping club discounts. The Big Meadow will at least hold all our campsites together.

Both hotels will hold blocked rooms at these prices up until on month prior to the event. The cut off date is 5/10/2020. We’re expecting 100 rooms to be booked, so don’t wait to reserve yours. Activities will take place at both hotels, and all activities and information will be posted in both lobbies. There will be a lot of traffic between both hotels, so don’t feel your left out by staying at one or the other.

Please make sure when you call, you say your with the NTBA. This will give you your discount, and show us the registration count.

Townsend is a beautiful little community town, and one of the entry ways into the Smokey Mountain National Park. The cruises will be amazing, and the activities will be fun. Plenty of restaurants, stores and gas stations. If you missed the Prescott NATS, here’s you chance to join back in the fun. We will have our annual basket raffles, door prizes, and specialty prizes. Plus plenty of activities, and best of all, T Bucket cruising all week.

We’re expecting a large turnout for this event so make your reservations early.
The event officially goes from June 11-13, but we will have pre runs and activities starting Monday the 8th.

Bruce and I checked it out today. Very nice! IF you stay the week, one night is free. If we have 13 staying there, regardless of nights stayed, you get 10% off your stay. Very nice folks to work with.
