Thanks, Windy. So far so good, here in Ballwin. We had a little over 4 inches of rain in about 10 hours. Some had over 8 inches in 4 hours! Some areas are chronically at risk of flooding, but there were a few new ones this time. When the rain comes that hard and fast the normal drainage channels can't handle it. :?
