After starting to think about how to do a "by state" listing, I realized there IS a way to do it with the current member search tool. You have to be a "full member" to use it... it is in the members only area.

Go to the NTBA Member Search Page in the Members Only and click the link in the first post. The search form will open. Leave the "Active Only?" line button checked, but don't fill in any of the other search criteria. Click the "Search" button and you will get a listing of all active members. Go to "State" in the header of the report and click the word "State." This will re-sort the report by state, and viola! You have a state-by-state (and country, too) listing.
