We are at the Quality Inn, phone number (573) 365-2700. Quite a few folks arrive earlier in the week, but Wednesday (4th) and Thursday (5th) seem to be the big arrival days.

We were planning on driving our '27's to the Bucket Head Bash that week/weekend from Indy, but the lack of information and follow up from the Spirit bunch has got us frustrated and looking for another trip/event. Would you guys care if four of us Hoosier Hicks in our two '27's joined you guys? We're planning on leaving Tuesday and meandering though the backhighways (and perhaps some of Route 66) of Illinois and Mo and would arrive Wed nite.

Getting a few minor things done to the '27's today, then a little packing, and we're outta here on Tuesday morning headed to Osage Beach! Gonna take US 40 to St. Louis and as much of the old Route 66 as we can on the rest of the way down. Should arrive Wed late afternoon. We're looking forward to meeting up with the rest of you guys and gals.

Looking forward to seeing you and your beautiful hotrod again, Ben. Last time was Chattanooga... didn't get a chance to spend much time with you there. I guaran-damn-tee you will have a great time at the Lake! The KC group will be down mid-afternoon Wednesday.
