Cascade Area T's NTBA Western Regional Event

August 21-23, 2014

The Event will officially commence on August 21, 2014. Events before and after the official start will be scheduled.

1. Aug. 21: Cruise to Ellensberg, Washington via the Canyon River Road. Lunch in Ellensberg. Please note: there are no fuel stops on the Canyon River RD. Longest distance between fuel stops is approximately 45 miles. Dinner cruise to Minor's Drive in, Union Gap Washington.

2. Aug. 22: Cruise to Nachees, Washington to Whistlin Jack's restaurant. Poker Run will be outbound and inbound. This is a VERY nice restaurant.

3. Aug. 23: Show and Shine at the Yakima Visitors Center. Awards and closing announcements at 3:00 PM. NTBA will award two awards. Longest Driven (T Bucket either driven or trailered) and Best Handle Bar Moustache.

On-going: raffle drawings, spur of the moment cruises, individual and small group cruising.

Please provide a raffle prize or your home state gift basket. This is a working document and changes can made. We are permitted to have one food vendor truck for one day.

Rate: 84.50 plus taxes per night for 1 to 4 people per room.

The hotel is trying to keep us in one wing. This is a two story hotel and has no elevator. Free breakfast 6 to 10. Ground floor inside rooms have sliding glass doors to the courtyard. Hotel has will offer this rate on both ends of our event.
