Underbody Sealing

What is the best way to seal the wood and fiberglass on the underside of the body?

One option could spray on bed liner material and they can also color match that stuff it you want.

the bed liner is a great option now.. not an option 15 yrs ago, so i just painted mine same color as body.

Old School (read messy) just mix up some fiberglass resin in an old paint can and brush it on. Wear your old clothes! :roll:

Seal with resin as Bill suggested. I'd then coat with do-it yourself roll on bed liner. You can go with the traditional black - (Autozone has a couple kinds), but if you are looking to color match or contrast, check these guys out:
